I will be checking in but may not comment much since my mother-in-law in ICU at St. Francis Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has PAD (periphial arterie disease) which spread from her legs to her intestines and colon causing them not to receive the life giving blood. Since being in Tulsa she has flatlined and had two surgeries to remove dead tissue with the second procedure they removed the sponge pump and left in drainage stints. She is being helped to breath and give meds to keep her blood pressure up. Starting last night they began to ease her out of the drug induced coma they have her in. They plan to have her fully awake in 2 to 3 days. Even if she can breath on her own and keep her vitals up the doctors seem to think she will need around the clock care meaning either way she will won't be coming home. This is a very trying time for my wife and myself so keep us in your thoughts. Peace and Blessings, Spiritwalker.
