I lived in a haunted house in Damariscotta Maine. It was my grandma's spirit watching over me. She (her ghost) would turn on the tv or the lighr. I had a talk with her not to do it at night because it kept me awake and it stopped.

One thing you learn when you live life 'haunted' is that for a few it might be somewhat like what it is portrayed by Hollywood, but for many of us Hollywood don't know jacks@*#. Pardon the grammar but I have seen it from one end of the spectrum to the other when it comes to my life and the paranormal/supernatural (two words that are a normal part of my life). Sometimes I wish I could remember it all and other times I wonder if I ain't better off not remembering. Lately they have been nice and on the quiet side but with some of them that can be a bad thing.
I welcome our newer members and those who visit. Just remember that living haunted don't only mean living with ghosts. Some of the spectral beings aren't what you have been led to believe they are either. There are usually two to three sides to every story and sometimes more, but that is another topic completely. For some odd reason I can not find the favorite button here. None the less this is my fave group. I have lived in a haunted house and experienced many unexplained things. I was a complete complete skeptic until that happened.

Thanks for the invite, I used to have a ghost in my house but I haven't seen any sign of it turning on the tv or light in my room. I had a dream I went rigid like I was being possessed and I said go to the light and visualized a doorway. The sensation disappeared instantly.
