It is a guiltless pleasure because no animal will die and no animal product is used to create the recipes here. We don't use eggs, or milk in any of our diet and recipes. And it still tastes so great... You will love it!

Here is a short note. I was very recently asked why I bother to make food that may look, taste,smell, and even feel just like meat if I am a Vegan who wont eat meat, Eggs, or even drink milk... My purpose here is to make foods that taste great while offering a reason to spare the lives of innocent creatures. I don't do this for any other reason. I did enjoy the tastes and textures I now avoid as far as living animals and killed animals go. I discovered that I can have that without killing a single animal. Their lives mean as much to them as our lives mean to us. Since we can have that taste and everything while showing mercy to those poor used animals, why shouldn't we? Eating like this tastes great, Is more healthy, and far more respectful of my life as well of the lives I refuse to contribute to the unnecessary taking of. I truly wish more people would do the same. Perhaps they would if they knew

Hello , great group, thank you Chazz for the tip :) I have today had my very first vegan easter dinner with my family and my mother ( 78 yrs) loved it. She actually thought that my fake herring was fish and was pleased to hear that it was aubergine. She loved it , my kids on the other hand are harder to please :)
