I will have to find it and check it out Elizabeth. I will just make sure I drink lots of coffee when I do, so that the slow plot won't leave me snoring. LOL! I have one movie that was actually enjoyable. It took 4 tries to get through it though because it had some really slow parts in it, and I get bored too easily. LOL

Has anyone ever seen the movie "Lo"? it makes a lot of sense about the dark side and the light side in almost a controlled way. I found it a bit hard to watch as in it was somewhat slow but I think it was better having been slow as it was almost Methodical

I, for instance, love living in the dark. What others fear is something I learn to embrace. Though the darker side of us has a few things that should be learned. There are of course two main sides to a person, light and dark. Light, usually is a side of people of being honest (for the most part) to a point that it benefits anyone. Though it is the light that can make you blind and unable to see the darker side of others. The dark is to be taken as a way to see though a person. Though light reveals much, the dark can show you whats really hiding. The darker side teaches judgement and truth, brutal truth however, and reasoning. Though some see it as a pessimistic way of thinking, it is a brutally honest way of thinking. Why think positive only to be let down later when you can predict it now and be unaffected?

This has  given me something to think about today, because I was thinking, a person sure wouldn't want to see the dark side of myself,  I would be probably murder if I acted on the things that went through my mind, lol, sometimes, I'm worse than an angry Italian, no one wants to see that side of me I've worked hard in my life to control myself when I get angry, to stop and think about something, hell I would have killed quite a number of folks, lol, beat up many others and then there is soo much more to my side that I have not allowed but I do recognize my "other" and I do not let it out, so I think I have a pretty good understanding of it now. lol

Hun, there is a bid difference between denying the dark side of ones self, and bringing or allowing the dark side out.. It is like the child throwing the tantrum. We can identify with the object reason for the tantrum, but that doesn't mean we support it, or encourage it. I kind of see the darker side the same way. The darker side is the Anger, hate resentment, greed, jealousy, and the l;ist can continue a long time farther but we will let it die out there. The thing is that we experience those things daily, and without intention or too much thought. By acting on those negatives we are feeding them and into them. However, if we accept their existence and than realize we don't have to give into them we are choosing the lighter side rather than the darker side.

Being demon is about realizing that some share or are of a darker nature in spirit, and that this is their natural and comfortable field of being. Anger can be used to help the same as it can be used to help. Oddly sometimes our demons are a help and other times a hindrance. It all depends on what we do with it or let it do with us.

I've heard it a lot that we are not suppose to deny the dark side of ourselves but a lot of the time the dark side, I don't have a good understanding of that for some reason I guess. I just imagine myself allowing the dark side out, it's almost impossible to do, what would I do, lol
